Telecommunications YKVN has extensive experience on the telecommunication issues, including business cooperation contract (BCC) issues. We assisted White & Case to advise Cable & Wireless in relation to its proposed BCC with Vietnam Posts and Telecommunication Corporation and Bakrie Electronics Company in relation to its proposed BCC with Saigon Post and Telecommunication Services Joint Stock Corporation. We advised Motorola on contracts for sale of equipment to subsidiaries of Vietnam Post and Telecommunication Corporation. We are currently advising Ho Chi Minh City Post and Telecommunications to review its BCC with a foreign partner. We are currently advising a foreign investor on its mobile banking project in Vietnam. |
