To achieve the firm's objectives, we pay special attention to the recruitment of top law graduates who demonstrate strength of character and integrity. We are also committed to continuing the training of our lawyers to ensure that the firm's objectives, expertise, culture and work ethics are instilled in all lawyers. We have developed internal legal training programs designed to equip our lawyers with knowledge of the fundamental legal issues commonly faced by our clients in Vietnam and to exchange and share the common expertise of the firm. We have also developed a legal English training program to make sure that our lawyers can work comfortably with clients in both English and Vietnamese.
