YKVN Named "Employer of Choice" in Vietnam
Hanoi/Ho Chi Minh City (February 2008) - YKVN was named "Employer of Choice" according to the "Employer of Choice Survey 2008" conducted by Asian Legal Business, a leading journal covering legal transactions in Asia. The survey also named two other foreign law firms in Vietnam and YKVN was the only Vietnamese law receiving this recognition. According to the Asian Legal Business, a print and online survey was conducted "among over 15,000 lawyers region-wide. Thirteen jurisdictions in the Asia-Pacific region were covered." Respondents were asked to give the top three firms within their jurisdiction for "each of six criteria: financial rewards, professional development & training, feedback & supervision, quality & variety of work, workload & worklife balance, and career & partnership prospects."
