Ms. Duong Thu Ha is a Partner of YKVN at Hanoi office. Her practice
focuses on banking, finance and corporate transactions. Ms. Ha's representative
clients include banks such as Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam,
Citibank N.A., Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam, Military Commercial Joint
Stock Bank, Indovina Bank, International Commercial Bank of China, Chinfon
Commercial Bank and Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank.
Ms. Ha regularly advises international banks and State-owned banks in Vietnam on
significant lending transactions in Vietnam and her practice focuses on lenders’

Office Building Complex, the biggest office building complex in Hanoi.

Ms. Ha has also assisted a number of international banks, Vietnamese joint stock
banks and State-owned banks, such as Citibank, N.A., Bank for Investment and
Development of Vietnam and Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint
Stock Bank, on other banking and finance issues such as bank accounts, card
payment, foreign exchanges transactions, swaps and derivatives, factoring
transactions, letters of credit and other trade finance services and pay-ment
